Clean sky over Zagłębie – Purchase of electric buses with charging infrastructure – Stage III in Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. in Sosnowiec” covering the scope of delivery of 5 twelve-meter electric buses and the delivery of 3 Plug-in chargers with a power of 80 kW.

1. The subject of the order is: 1) successive deliveries of 5 brand-new city buses (hereinafter referred to as buses), low-floor, electric-powered with a total length within the range of 11.8 meters to 12.25 meters, hereinafter referred to as "zero-emission buses EV12" or "buses EV12" or "three-axle buses", 2) successive deliveries (delivery, assembly, connection and initial start-up) of 3 brand-new, mobile, plug-in chargers, two-position with a power greater than or equal to 80 kW (2x40 kW), hereinafter referred to as "Plug-in 80 kW chargers", "80kW chargers" or "chargers", 3) warranty and post-warranty service: buses, chargers, as well as technical support and training. 2. The formal requirements that the offered subject of the order must meet, detailed requirements, technical parameters, equipment, and warranty and service conditions that the offered subject of the order must meet and possess are included in: 1) Annex No. 10.1 to the SWZ – concerning EV12 buses, 2) Annex No. 10.2 to the SWZ – concerning Plug-in 80kW chargers.
