D5 High-voltage, maintenance and repair of electrical systems – 2026

The subject of the public contracts awarded within the established DNS will be the maintenance and repair (including related supplies) of high-voltage systems and equipment and cable routes belonging to the infrastructure managed by ŘSD s. p., to ensure their reliable operation. The aim is primarily to ensure the trouble-free operation of power supply points for the highway telematics systems (DIS – SOS, camera system, weather stations, automatic counters, individual communication units, MX cabinets, electric barriers, VMS and DMS, technological rooms). The term maintenance within the established DNS includes service and maintenance work, minor repairs, electrical inspections and tests, and ensuring on-call service including dispatch. These are predominantly pre-planned activities. The term repairs within the established DNS includes the elimination of faults and defects, which usually require the supply of specific spare parts or entire devices, are time-consuming, or require machinery. Their need is often caused by damage during a traffic accident, by a third party, by atmospheric conditions (thunderstorms), age, or wear and tear, etc. Repairs may also include preventive replacement of systems and equipment or their parts. Maintenance and repair will be carried out in accordance with the conditions of this tender documentation and individual calls for tenders in the DNS in accordance with § 141 ZZVZ, where the subject of performance will be specified in detail, including technical and contractual conditions. The exact scope will always be determined by a detailed budget within individual calls for tenders.
