Ordregiver er forpligtet til at skabe fremkommelighed og sikkerhed på arealer omkring Ordregivers boliger ved at sørge for saltning og snerydning i vinterperioden. Ordregiver udbyder derfor en rammeaftale om udførelse af Vintertjenesteydelser, herunder saltning og snerydning på gangarealer, indgange, veje og P-arealer i Boligselskabet Sjælland. Ydelserne under rammeaftalen samt yderligere oplysninger om Ordregivers behov og ønsker er yderligere beskrevet i Bilag 1 – Kravspecifikation. Bilag 2 - Tilbudsliste samt Bilag 4 - Oversigt over områder og arealer omfatter Ordregivers afdelinger, der er tilknyttet nærværende rammeaftale.
