Leasing of equipment as a service (DaaS) to cover the operational needs of KTP S.A. with green criteria

The subject of the contract is the provision of the following services: • Leasing of new modern equipment that will replace the existing old equipment in the Organization. The equipment includes: 180 units of portable computers, 130 units of desktop computers, 25 units of monitors for connection to computers, 70 docking stations, and 180 carrying bags. Specifically, the lease of the 180 portable computers is divided into 3 main categories. - Type 1 for basic users (150 units) - Type 2 for users with increased requirements (25 units) - Type 3 for top management needs (5 units) Specifically, the lease of the 130 desktop computers is divided into 2 main categories. - Type 1 for basic users (120 units) - Type 2 for users with increased requirements (10 units) Peripheral equipment - Monitors (25 units) - Docking Stations (70 units) - Portable computer carrying bags (180 units) • Maintenance and technical support services for the equipment to ensure it is always operational throughout the project duration. • Services for repairing damage or wear and tear to the equipment, regardless of the cause. This includes malfunctions and wear and tear, regardless of the cause. Spare parts and labor are included. Indicative cases: (e.g., burnt memory or power supply or graphics card, battery replacement, broken screen). The project will be carried out in four (4) phases, which are as follows: - Phase A: Implementation Study - Phase B: Equipment preparation for user data migration - Phase C: Roll Out - Phase D: Equipment leasing and provision of accompanying services The provided services are classified under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes:  66114000-2 Financial leasing services  50300000-8 Repair, maintenance and associated services for personal computers, office equipment, telecommunications and audiovisual equipment  72253200-5 IT systems support services The budget of the Project – the total estimated contract value amounts to eight hundred and seventy-one thousand euros (€871,000.00) excluding VAT (Budget including VAT: €1,080,040.00, VAT 24% €209,040.00) and is analyzed as follows: - Budget for the initial project excluding the option right and excluding VAT: six hundred and fifty thousand euros (€650,000.00) excluding VAT (Budget including VAT: €806,000.00, VAT 24% €156,000.00) - Budget for the option right: up to 34% of the physical and financial scope, i.e., up to two hundred and twenty-one thousand euros (€221,000.00) excluding VAT (Budget including VAT: €274,040.00, VAT 24% €53,040.00) After the conclusion of the initial contract, during the project implementation and before the contract expires, the Contracting Authority may decide to exercise the option right by increasing the physical and financial scope of the project (as described herein) by up to seventy-five percent (34%) of the project budget and as described in detail in paragraph 4.5.1 hereof. The duration of the implementation of the contract phases is set at thirty-nine (39) months. The start date is the date of signing the Contract.
