Dämmung und Dampfsperre - Demontage und Erneuerung der Entwässerung - die bestehende inneliegenden Entwässerung (Unterdrucksystem) soll in eine Außenliegende umgeplant werden - Erneuerung der Attikaaufkantungen (inkl. einer neuen Brüstungskonstruktion); - Konstruktive Verstärkung der Dachaufbauten bzw. Übrbauung der technischen Rohrleitungen zur Aufnahme einer PV-Anlage - Überarbeitung der Notabdichtung, - Wiederherstellung / Anarbeiten der Dachrandabdichtung - Einbau einer Wärmedämmung gemäß GEG - Dachabdichtung als Bitumendach bzw. Gründach - ggfs. zusätzliche Arbeiten / De- Montage der Lüftungsleitungen o.ä. - Zugehörige Nebenarbeiten. Das Dach besteht aus verschiedenen Ebenen (siehe Planunterlagen).
