Further professional education of member entities

The subject of the public contract is to ensure the provision of services by the participant selected in the procedure, consisting in providing further professional education - implementation of training courses related to the development of knowledge, skills and abilities required for the performance of a specific profession, with an emphasis on supporting persons over 55 years of age and digital skills. Further supported and unsupported education according to call 071 OPZ+. An indicative specification of employee training for member entities of the Joint Contracting Authorities is provided in Part D. of this tender documentation, and thus ensuring the implementation of the above-specified Training Projects in accordance with their conditions, with the services including in particular: - management and coordination of participant involvement in training activities in accordance with the conditions of the grant program; - preparation of all documentation related to the implementation of training courses and the involvement of individual participants in training; - preparation, execution and evaluation of training courses; - preparation and distribution of materials for participants; - ensuring a list of attendees with signatures of participants and the lecturer from each course; - provision of documentation on the content of the training course for each course; - ensuring monitoring sheets from each participating participant; - issuing a printed certificate of course completion for each successful participant according to the OPZ+ rules and providing the Contracting Authority with copies of these certificates in electronic form; - ensuring audio recordings and output from the software tool in the case of online courses - all costs of the implementation and lecturer team, training equipment, training materials and aids, etc.; - ensuring technical equipment and facilities for the implementation of courses according to the nature of the teaching; - costs of ensuring a training room and light refreshments for participants from the Contracting Authority's member entities if they are involved in the Supplier's open publicly offered courses; - activities that are necessarily associated with the proper execution and completion of training under this Agreement and arise from standard practice in the provision of educational services of a similar nature. The maximum volume of training person-hours within this part of the contract is as follows: - 27,426 person-hours for SPČR; - 27,426 person-hours for AOAČR; - 27,426 person-hours for KPŠV; - 27,426 person-hours for KPMS. The actual volume of Services provided will be determined by the actual needs of the Joint Contracting Authorities. The Joint Contracting Authorities are not obliged to procure Services in the total estimated volume of person-hours, and the supplier is obliged to adapt to the current demand from the Joint Contracting Authorities. However, the person-hours procured will not exceed the maximum volume specified herein.
