"Delivery of Darolutamide, paid by the NHIF outside the price of clinical pathways and procedures, for the needs of 'BALOZ Dr. Marko A. Markov - Varna' EOOD"

The subject of the public procurement is the supply through periodic orders from the Contracting Authority of the medicinal product - Darolutamide, which will be procured in accordance with Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, sub-item "b" of the Public Procurement Act, with Annex 1 - Technical Specification, in Excel format, listing the name, technical characteristics, unit of measure, and estimated quantity for 12 (twelve) months. The indicated quantity is an estimate based on the previous year's annual consumption, and the contracting authority is not obliged to order the entire quantity specified in the public procurement specification, but has the right to order quantities according to its actual needs. 1. Contract performance period - 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the public procurement contract / until the conclusion of framework contracts with more favorable terms for the Contracting Authority. 2. Delivery time for ordered quantities of the medicinal product – up to 3 (three) calendar days after receiving an order; up to 3 (three) hours after receiving an urgent order, upon explicit indication of urgency by the Contracting Authority. The order is submitted by the contracting authority in writing, sent electronically. 3. Order periodicity - once a month, based on forecast calculations, the contracting authority places an order for the quantities needed for the next month. Depending on its specific needs for the medicinal product based on patients admitted during the month, if necessary, the contracting authority places separate (additional) orders and urgent orders. 4. Acceptance and accounting of deliveries - the date of delivery is considered the date on which the goods are received by the contracting authority at the place of performance, according to the acceptance-transfer protocol. 5. Place of performance - deliveries will be made to the following address of the Contracting Authority: Varna city, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. 100, 'BALOZ Dr. M. A. Markov – Varna' EOOD, Hospital Pharmacy;
