DAS Common Ground Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Utrecht De Gemeente Utrecht is actief in de Common Ground beweging en zet op dit gebied - in afstemming met de Common Ground Community - grote stappen. Vooruitlopend op een formele landelijke samenwerking heeft de Gemeente Utrecht behoefte aan IT-partners om Common Ground verder te ontwikkelen en de delen die gereed zijn te beheren. De gemeente Utrecht is samen met enkele andere steden koploper in de ontwikkeling van Common Ground (op https://commonground.nl/ van de VNG is hier meer over te vinden). Onderdeel van deze ontwikkeling is om met de markt in de community componenten te configureren, ontwikkelen, beheren en deployen. Dit gaat volgens de gangbare dev-ops methode. De ontwikkeling van de community op de Common Ground Componenten en de componenten zelf, is nog vol in ontwikkeling. Tijdens dit proces stelt de Gemeente Utrecht een DAS (dynamisch aankoop systeem) voor deze opdrachten in, om de samenwerking met IT-partners uit de markt aan te gaan.
