Via dit DAS worden op rechtmatige wijze diverse specialisten ten behoeve van ondersteuning voor onderwijs ingehuurd. Hiermee wordt beoogd een diversiteit aan aanbieders aan te spreken en de vraag en aanbod op zo'n goed mogelijke wijze bij elkaar te brengen.
