Original language: GermanSchulkindbetreuung im Programm PfG (Pakt für den Ganztag) Start der Beauftragung: 01.08.2026 Beginn der Leistungserbringung: nach Absprache ab 01.08.2026 Anzahl der Kinder in der SKB: voraussichtlich: 34 - Organisation & finanzielle Abwicklung eines Förderungs- und Betreuungsangebotes gemäß LV - Pädagogisches Konzept für die Gestaltung der Betreuung in Absprache mit der Schule - Organisation & Abrechnung einer gesunden, altersgerechten und warmen Mittagsversorgung - Organisation der Bibliothek an mind. 3 h täglich. - Schulkindbetreuung an fünf Tagen während der Unterrichtszeit für voraussichtlich 1 Gruppe/n (20 Kinder) im Modul 1 von 07.30 bis 15.00 Uhr & voraussichtlich 1 Gruppe/n (14 Kinder) im Modul 2 von 07.30 bis 17.00 Uhr - FERIENbetreuung von 7.30 - 17.00 Uhr (In Absprache mit der SL und nach Bedarf) Ab 01.08.2026: Mindestens 40 Tage pro Schuljahr, max. Schließzeit 4 Wochen pro Schuljahr Personalschlüssel: - Während der gesamten Zeit des Förderungs- und Betreuungsangebots und mindestens die ersten 25 Wochenstunden ist die Anwesenheit mindestens einer Fachkraft mit Qualifikation gem. §25b HKJGB sicherzustellen. - Prinzipiell sind zunächst zwei Kräfte pro Betreuungsgruppe, hiervon mind. eine päd. Fachkraft, einzusetzen - Gruppengröße: 13-25 Kinder (Über- und Unterbelegung nach Absprache mit dem Auftraggeber) - Sofern Drittmittel in Form von Elternbeiträgen erhoben werden, hat dies in Abstimmung mit der Schule zu erfolgen, siehe LV, IV., 4. - Finanzielle Zuschüsse durch Landes- und Kreismittel - nicht dem Zweck entsprechende Mittel und/oder Überschüsse sind zurückzuerstatten - Wünschenswert ist die Übernahme des derzeitigen Betreuungspersonals - Zuschlagskriterien: 1. Elternbeitrag & 2. Pädagogisches Konzept -> s. Erläuterungen im LV und Wertungsmatrix
