Description

The proposed Multi-Party Framework Agreement (the ‘Framework’) involves carrying out minor civil repair and maintenance works for Dublin City Council Waste Management Operations Depots, Bring Centres and foundations of public litter bins located throughout the city. The Tender consists of Three Lots: 1. Structural and Fire-stopping 2. Plumbing and Drainage 3. Carpentry and Metalwork Note: Tenderers can apply for all Lots. The maximum number of Lots which can be applied for is 3. The proposed duration of this framework is 48 months. The total value of the Lots combined is €2m, the per-lot value is €666,666.66 for each Lot. The framework is under the terms and conditions of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract PW-CF11, and under the direction of DCC Waste Management Services. This Multi Party Framework Agreement is assessed under the Open Procedure. Tenderers will initially be assessed under financial, economic and technical criteria as set out in the Suitability Assessment Criteria. Tenderers who pass all categories will be assessed under the outlined Award Criteria. The criteria included in this stage are listed in the Instructions to Tender document included with this Framework Competition. It is envisaged that a maximum of 5 tenderers per Lot (if meeting the minimum criteria as outlined in the Instructions to Tenderers) will be admitted to the Multi Party Framework Agreement.
