The Contracting Authority has provided the quantity of basic tasks as planned quantities; the Contracting Authority has not predetermined the planned quantity of supplementary tasks. The Contracting Authority wishes to indicate that it is entitled to place direct orders for basic and supplementary tasks until the framework amount specified in the relevant sub-framework is exhausted. The basic task to be performed in all three parts includes the following activities: • 1-phase meter replacement • 3-phase meter replacement • Meter point disconnection • Meter point reconnection • Meter replacement 1-phase PÜK (passive customer management) • Meter replacement 3-phase PÜK (passive customer management) • Control unit replacement • Commissioning of complete meter point with residential meter for 1 phase • Commissioning of complete meter point with residential meter for 3 phases • Complete meter point power increase for 1-phase residential meter • Complete meter point power increase for 3-phase residential meter • Commissioning of complete meter point with SMART meter or conversion of existing consumption point to SMART meter for 1 phase • Commissioning of complete meter point with SMART meter or conversion of existing consumption point to SMART meter for 3 phases • Commissioning of complete meter point with EF meter for 1 phase • Commissioning of complete meter point with EF meter for 3 phases • SMART meter commissioning • EF meter commissioning (EF means: prepayment) • SMART meter communication error repair Each basic task counts as one task, with the understanding that the commissioning tasks for SMART and/or EF meters, which may be necessary in connection with meter replacement, do not count as separate tasks in terms of quantity, given their supplementary nature. The supplementary activities listed below may be called upon individually by the Contracting Authority during the term of the framework agreement: Supplementary tasks: a) Miniature circuit breaker replacement b) Terminal block installation, per terminal up to 8 AWG 35 mm2 c) Removal or installation of meter point equipment (Meter, Control, MK) d) Meter board replacement e) Data point calibration (preventive and on-site) f) Targeted meter point activity/Emergency surcharge g) Sample meter replacement surcharge h) Installation of a lockable door i) Fee for first postal notification j) Return receipt k) Notification of contract breach and irregular consumption l) Notification of abnormal consumption m) Meter point inspection fee Part 1: Supply of 73,665 basic tasks within the scope defined in the invitation and the Technical Specification, within the framework of the resulting framework agreement, for the OPUS Titász Zrt. Debrecen plant and within a 160 km radius from its boundary. The Contracting Authority wishes to indicate that for Part 1, the framework amount for basic and supplementary tasks totals a net of HUF 1,046,223,254. The Customer will call off the service based on the framework agreement, according to the specific procurement needs arising during its term, through multiple direct orders, pursuant to Section 105 (1) (a) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.). Pursuant to Section 104 (7) and (8) of the Kbt., the Customer is not obliged to call off the entire quantity! If the Contracting Authority refers to a product of a specific make, origin, or type defined in the invitation to tender or in the procurement documents, the Contracting Authority will accept an equivalent, as the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject. The Tenderer must prove the equivalence in their offer in accordance with the Kbt. and Section 46 of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.).
