The subject of the procurement is the conclusion with a single economic operator of a framework agreement for 24 months, for the purchase of optional life insurance services for personnel within the Naval Forces who perform parachuting and/or diving activities on national territory. Insurance policies will be issued for each person individually depending on the time period for which insurance is requested or collectively when more than 2 people need to be insured. The unit price of the framework agreement will be expressed in lei/day of insurance/person. Minimum quantity Framework Agreement: 1 person/day Maximum quantity Framework Agreement 294,190 persons/days (403 persons x 730 days) Estimated quantities for the largest subsequent contract: 403 persons x 90 days = 27,000 days/persons Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly/quarterly/semi-annually, depending on the needs of the military unit, the fluctuation of staff, and the existence of financial resources allocated for this purpose by the secondary authorizing officer. The number of insured persons under the subsequent contract may be supplemented or reduced, depending on the fluctuation of the military unit's staff. In this case, an addendum to the contract will be concluded, and the policy will be updated with the actual number of persons, at the written request of the buyer at least 72 hours before the modification is made, applying additional or minus premiums equal to the value of the insurance premium/day corresponding to the number of additional or minus insured days and persons.
