Within the subsequent contracts awarded based on the framework agreement, the following types of works will be executed: - Repair of protective sidewalks to eliminate infiltrations into the building's infrastructure. - Refurbishment of interior/exterior finishes - Replacement of interior joinery (access doors and windows). - Works on the lightning protection system. - Works on the heating system/hot water supply system. - Works on the lighting system in buildings. - Repair of the flat roof over the technical space, including the repair of the rainwater collection system from the roof level. - Repair of the pitched roof and the rainwater collection and drainage system at the level of the pitched roof covering. - Dismantling of installations and equipment mounted visibly on the facades/roof of the building, as well as their installation/reinstallation after intervention works. - Creation of facilities/adaptation of infrastructure for people with disabilities. All the aforementioned works aim to ensure optimal operation at the highest standards. • Maximum framework agreement value (excluding VAT): 76,085,000.00 lei, • Minimum framework agreement value (excluding VAT): 34,002,000.00 lei, • Maximum subsequent contract value (excluding VAT): 14,100,000.00 lei, • Minimum subsequent contract value (excluding VAT): 780,000.00 lei, - Lists of minimum and maximum works quantities for Framework Agreement – Annex 1 to the technical specifications. - Lists of minimum and maximum works quantities for Subsequent Contract – Annex 2 to the technical specifications. The contracting authority will conclude at least 1 subsequent contract per year, its value depending on needs and budgetary allocations for these works.
