The warranty period granted for the GIS IT solution is a minimum of 1 year from the date of final acceptance of all services without objections by the contracting authority, as recorded in the final acceptance report. During this period, the Provider will provide, free of charge, hosting, administration, updating, backup, and maintenance operations for the IT solution. Bidders are obliged to form a project team and present the method of ensuring access to it.
