Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit prevederilor art. 221 alin (1) lit a) si e) din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, cu conditia ca aceasta sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin. (7), adica sa nu reprezinte o modificare substantiala. Eventualele modificari care pot interveni in perioada de derulare a contractului se refera la urmatoarele: 1.Modificari ale partilor contractante; 2.Schimbarea denumirii si/sau a formei societatii, schimbari care nu atrag crearea unei persoane juridice noi; 3. Modificare conf art 221 lit f) din legea 98/2016 pentru suplimentarea orelor de manopera, kilometri deplasare si valoare provizion piese Interval anticipat de prelungire: 1-3 luni in cazul contractului subsecvent (1-3 luni in cazul contractului subsecvent).
