Design Services (DTAC, DTOE, and PTE), Technical Assistance, and Construction for the "Movement Area Systematization of AIHCB to Increase Operational Capacity and Ensure Compliance with Regulation 139/2014 - Stage I" Investment Objective

This tender concerns the provision of comprehensive services for the "Movement Area Systematization of AIHCB to Increase Operational Capacity and Ensure Compliance with Regulation 139/2014 - Stage I" investment objective. The scope of work includes design services (DTAC, DTOE, and PTE), technical assistance, and the execution of construction works. The estimated value, excluding VAT, is 278,245,155 Romanian Lei. This total is divided into two main lots: design services and technical assistance, valued at 18,227,846 Lei (excluding VAT), and construction works, valued at 260,017,309 Lei (excluding VAT). An additional 10.30% of the total estimated value for diverse and unforeseen expenses may be added, though this portion is not subject to bidding. The project aims to enhance the operational capacity and ensure compliance with Regulation 139/2014. Key rehabilitation efforts will focus on taxiways Charlie, November, Oscar, Papa, Whiskey, and Victor, as well as Platform 2. Additionally, the project includes the expansion of Platform 2 eastward towards CR Delta, creating new operational areas. The total duration for the contract is a minimum of 88 months. This includes a 4-month period for the development and submission of the detailed execution design (PTE), followed by a 24-month period for the execution of construction works, commencing from the date of the order to begin. A minimum warranty period of 60 months will be provided for the completed works.
