Default Lot - Energy Efficiency and Quality Improvement Project in Jiblea Substation and Distribution Network

The estimated value of the procurement is 41,103,826.17 lei, excluding VAT. This includes significant European funding (EU = 32,867,060.93 lei) and own funds (8,236,765.24 lei). The estimated value incorporates materials and equipment provided by Distribuție Energie Oltenia (DEO) amounting to 14,097,937.30 lei (excluding VAT). The funds available for contract execution are 27,005,888.87 lei (excluding VAT), representing the difference between the total estimated value and the DEO-supplied materials. The estimated value does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, which, if incurred, cannot exceed 9.531% of the bid value.
