Description

Se vor asigura toate mijloacele de transport si auxiliarele din parcul propriu conform legislatiei in vigoare si a Documentatiei de atribuire. Cantitatea minima si maxima de prestare servicii a acordului cadru este specificata in Anexa A la Caietul de sarcini, adica minim 1 polita de asigurare, maxim 503 asigurari de autovehicule. Cantitatea minima si maxima de prestare servicii conform unui contract subsecvent este mentionata in Anexa B la Caietul de sarcini, adica minim 1 asigurare de autovehicul, maxim 200 asigurari de autovehicule. Toate solicitarile de clarificare privind documentația de atribuire se transmit doar prin intermediul SEAP în termenul specificat, înainte de depunerea ofertelor (inclusiv solicitări de clarificare/modificare a documentelor / contractului cuprinse în documentația de atribuire), în caz contrar, se consideră că documentația de atribuire, în totalitatea sa, a fost acceptată de către toți ofertanții! Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor - 10 (zece) zile. Entitatea contractantă va transmite răspunsul consolidat în a 6 (șasea) zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor sau punctual.
