Description

Produsele solicitate în cadrul prezentei achiziții constau într-un Sistem integrat de testare pentru sisteme de pile de combustibil (FC System Testbed – FCS), destinat activităților de cercetare, dezvoltare și validare experimentală a stack-urilor și sistemelor FC PEM, inclusiv a subsistemelor auxiliare (Balance of Plant – BoP). Sistemul trebuie să fie livrat ca o soluție completă și integrată, incluzând toate subsistemele necesare operării în condiții de siguranță, control și monitorizare. Sistemul integrat de testare FC (FCS Testbed) va fi configurat ca un ansamblu de subsisteme interconectate și complet integrate, proiectate și dimensionate astfel încât să permită testarea în regim continuu a sistemelor FC PEM cu putere nominală de minimum 100 kW.
