Original language: roComuna Budila a semnat CONTRACTUL DE FINANȚARE NR. 145103/21.12.2022, inregistrat in cadrul primariei cu nr. 17487/30.12.2022 – cu Ministerul Dezvoltarii, Lucrarilor Publice si Administratiei (MDLPA) in cadrul programului PNRR – Componenta 10-Fondul Local, I.1.2 Asigurarea infrastructurii pentru transportul verde – ITS/Alte infrastructuri TIC (sisteme inteligente de management urban/local); I.1.3 Asigurarea infrastructurii pentru transportul verde – puncte de reincarcare vehicule electrice; In cadrul acestui contract, Comuna Budila are calitatea de Beneficiar. Obiectul contractului de finantare prezentat mai sus îl reprezintă punerea in aplicare a Proiectului cu nr. C10-I1.2-461, cu titlul „ Dezvoltarea sistemului de management local prin implementarea unor infrastructuri inteligente la nivelul comunei Budila, judetul Brasov” care vizeaza implementarea infrastructurii TIC in comuna Budila, judetul Brasov. Mai exact obiectul contractului vizeaza furnizarea, instalarea, montarea si punerea in functiune a 6 buc. Statii de imbarcare/debarcare calatori inteligente pentru transportul in comun, 2 buc. Stalpi de iluminat multifunctionali si inteligenti, 2 buc. Punct de aprindere trifazat dotat cu sistem de telegestiune, 1 buc. Server, 1 buc. Sistem inteligent de smart metering si 1 buc. Platforma de guvernare locala inteligenta a comunitatii, cu aplicatie iOS si Android gratuita pentru cetateni, realizate si prezentate in detaliu in cadrul documentatiei tehnice PT Nr. CC1610/2025 intocmit de catre S.C. Crisbo Company S.R.L. – Proiectant General. Activitatile generale ale contractului sunt: Furnizare echipamentelor si a sistemelor software respectand cu exactitate specificatiile stabilite in cadrul PT-ului (fise tehnice, caiete de sarcini, memorii specific, liste de cantitati, detalii de executie etc.) Montajul si executia lucrarilor necesare instalarii si punerii in functiune a echipamentelor furnizate, Instalarea sistemelor software si instruirea personalului care va gestiona noile sisteme si echipamente, Intocmirea si prezentarea proceselor verbale privind receptia finala pana la data de 15.06.2026!
