Description

Obiectul acordului cadru consta in achizitia de catre partea contractanta a „Serviciilor integrate de facility management” ce vor fi realizate în activele cladiri si terenuri in care Beneficiarul isi desfasoara activitatea din judeţele: ARGES, DOLJ, OLT, GORJ, VALCEA, MEHEDINTI, TELEORMAN si municipiul BUCURESTI. Detalii privind identificarea clădirilor şi suprafeţele acestora, exprimate in mp, care vor fi gestionate de către Prestatorul selectat (începând cu data de 01.04.2027, sunt cele redate in anexele la caietul de sarcini. (Anexa nr. 1 si Anexa nr. 2). Principalele servicii ce urmeaza a fi prestate, dar fara a se limita la acestea sunt urmatoarele si sunt prevazute la cap. 3 din Caietul de Sarcini: 1. GESTIONAREA UTILITATILOR (contracte, costuri, raportari) 2. SERVICII DE CURATENIE IN CLADIRILE ADMINISTRATIVE, ENERGETICE 3. REPARATII, INTRETINERE SI INSPECTII ALE CLADIRILOR ADMINISTRATIVE SI ENERGETICE Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent 7.602.698,85 (lei fara TVA). Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru si contractelor subsecvente se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini, cap. 3.2. Durata pe care se va desfasura Acordul Cadru este de 48 de luni, incepand cu data de 01.04.2027 iar contractele subsecvente se vor incheia cu o frecventa anuala.
