Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze prin prezenta procedură servicii de curățenie, dezinfecție și întreținere spații interioare necesar desfășurării activității structurilor care gestionează fonduri europene în calitate de AM din cadrul MTI, Suprafețele aproximative privind spațiile interioare pentru care se solicită prestarea serviciilor de curățenie sunt: 1. Spatii birouri / săli: aprox 3.500 mp, 2. Spatii sanitare: aprox 200 m.p. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări/ informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
