Servicii poştale standard, incluse în sfera serviciului universal, prevăzute la art.8 alin.(3) lit.d) din OUG nr.13/2013 privind serviciile poştale, respectiv servicii de trimitere recomandată având ca obiect servicii de colectare, sortare, transport şi livrare a trimiterilor poştale interne şi internaţionale, în greutate de până la două kg, cu şi fără prestarea serviciului confirmare de primire, prin incheierea unui Acord - cadru de servicii pentru 36 luni, care se va implementa conform prevederilor din caietul de sarcini. Servicii poștale de distribuire a corespondenței , cantitățile minime și maxime aferente Acordului cadru si Contractului subsecvent sunt conform caietului de sarcini aferent prezentei proceduri. 1) Trimiteri recomandate interne (corespondență internă) fără confirmare de primire 2) Trimiteri recomandate interne (corespondență internă) cu confirmare de primire 3) Trimiteri recomandate externe(corespondență internațională ) cu confirmare de primire 4) Servicii poştale de distribuire trimiteri prioripost
