A. Serviciile ce fac obiectul contractului vizat sunt: - Elaborarea DTAC si DTOE, - Documentatii tehnice pentru avize/acorduri/autorizatii - Consultanta si intocmire documentatii pentru autorizare infiintare retea ANRE - Elaborarea proiectului tehnic (PTh); - Elaborarea proiectului de organizare a executiei (P.O.E.) - Elaborarea detaliilor de executie (DDE); - Verificarea tehnica a proiectarii prin verificatori autorizati - Asistenta tehnica din partea proiectantului pe durata executiei lucrarilor Serviciile de mai sus vor fi in concordanta cu Hotararea de Guvern nr. 907/2016 privind etapele de elaborare si continutul cadru al documentatiilor tehnico - economice aferente obiectivelor/proiectelor de investitii finantate din fonduri publice cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. B. Lucrarile de executie ce fac obiectul contractului: lucrarile constau in lucrari de constructii ÎNFIINȚARE RETEA INTELIGENTA DE DISTRIBUTIE GAZE NATURALE IN UAT-URILE PARTENERE ( UAT BOTENI, UAT HARTIESTI, UAT VULTURENI SI UAT DAVIDESTI) Toate lucarile sunt detaliate in amanunt in cadrul SF si anelor atasate la caietului de sarcini. Pentru a evita eori in preluare informatiilor dar si rendundanta prezentarii acestora, la nivelul rpezentului caiet de sarcini NU se vor detalia informatii de natura tehnica, acestea fiind detaliate in amanunt in cadrul SF si anelor atasate la caietului de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari cu 11 zile inainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
