a) The design activities refer to the detailed technical project for: - Ozonation plant for treated water (on the outlet pipe from the decanters before filters) at STA Batca Doamnei; - Biogas cogeneration plant at the Piatra Neamt treatment plant; - Thermal treatment plant for energy and/or material recovery of sludge at the Piatra Neamt treatment plant; - Sludge drying beds, covered, at the Piatra Neamt treatment plant The project will include, among other things, all necessary documents (such as reports, drawings, calculations, technical sheets, etc.) for the elaboration of the Technical Project in accordance with national legislation and any documentation required to obtain construction permits. b) Elaboration of the necessary documentation for obtaining permits and authorizations required for execution; c) Construction works; d) Supply and installation of technological equipment and machinery; e) Testing and commissioning; f) Monitoring of the plant's operation and providing assistance/consultancy to the responsible personnel during the Warranty Period, when necessary; g) Remediation of any defects that appear during the Warranty Period; h) Training of the Beneficiary's and/or Operator's personnel.
