Original language: roObiectul achiziției reprezintă servicii de digitizare și a patrimoniului mobil și construire bază de date în cadrul proiectului “COMPLEX MUZEAL - Galeria Istorică a Transilvaniei PENTRU MUZEUL NAȚIONAL DE ISTORIE A TRANSILVANIEI CLUJ-NAPOCA”. Obiectivul general al contractului este prestarea de servicii integrate de digitizare a patrimoniului cultural mobil al Muzeului Național de Istorie a Transilvaniei (MNIT), care urmează să fie relocat în sediul său din Florești, jud. Cluj, denumit Complex Muzeal - Galeria Istorică a Transilvaniei, în scopul inventarierii, documentării digitale și relocării ordonate a bunurilor culturale. În sensul prezentului proiect, activitățile de digitizare reprezintă o etapă pregătitoare și suport digital al procesului de relocare, asigurând instrumentele necesare pentru evidența, documentarea și urmărirea bunurilor culturale înaintea mutării lor efective. Serviciile de digitizare au ca scop realizarea unui proces complet, coerent și controlat de inventariere, documentare digitală și relocare a patrimoniului MNIT, în vederea asigurării unei evidențe digitale unice și a transferului ordonat al bunurilor culturale în noul muzeu. Activitățile se vor desfășura sub forma serviciilor de digitizare. Prestatorul va asigura, din resurse proprii, toate echipamentele, aplicațiile software, materialele, licențele și mijloacele logistice necesare pentru realizarea activităților și livrabilelor prevăzute prin prezentul caiet de sarcini, fără costuri suplimentare pentru beneficiar.
