PROIECTARE SI EXECUȚIE LUCRĂRI: „Drum TransRegio Feleac TR 35 – Etapa I Centura Metropolitană TR 35 și Drumuri de Legătură – Faza I Centura Metropolitană TR 35 şi Drumuri de legătură, Lot IV: drumul TR35 între km 24+365 și km 28+600, incluzând Nodul 10-(Calea Turzii), Nodul 11 (Mihai Românul) , Nodul 12- (Măcieșului) , Nodul 13 (spital Pediatric ), inclusiv drumul de legătură DL B5- deviere Calea Turzii, spațiul de parcare de la km 25+720 și Centrul de Întreținere și Coordonare de la km 24+500” conform documentatiei tehnice atasate; In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările si completările ulterioare, autoritatea stabileste ca orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare in legătură cu Documentaţia de atribuire - cu 20 de zile anterior termenului limita depunere oferte, la care se va raspunde cu 11 zile anterior termenului limita de depunere oferte. În valoarea estimata au fost incluse sume provizionate aferente Rezervelor de implementare astfel cum acestea sunt definite în clauzele generale aprobate prin HG nr. 1/2018, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, respectiv art.13 din Instrucțiunea ANAP nr. 1/2021 și nu valoarea cheltuielilor ‘diverse și neprevăzute’. Durata contractului, de la pct. II.2.7, este de 48 luni si se imparte in: 17 luni - proiectare si 31 luni - executie.
