Original language: roServicii complete de plată a staţionărilor pe domeniul public din Municipiul Timişoara, pentru utilizatorii sistemului de parcare SPAPP – Timpark în condiţiile utilizării taxării prin telefonia mobilă prin trei forme de plată: vouchere - plata în avans (vouchere), microplăti (SMS) şi plata cu card bancar. SPAPP TIMPARK are la acest moment în derulare un acord cadru similar, iar acordul cadru ce urmează să fie atribuit în urma acestei proceduri va intra în vigoare după încetarea ultimului contract subsecvent aferent acordului cadru existent. Clarificari la documentatie se pot solicita cu 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit, mentionat mai sus.
