The public procurement procedure will be concluded by signing a framework agreement for service provision, with a duration of 48 months, with the following characteristics: The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 50,000.00 lei without VAT, respectively 59,500.00 lei with VAT. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 2,400,000.00 lei without VAT, respectively 2,856,000.00 lei with VAT. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement is 50,000.00 lei without VAT, respectively 59,500.00 lei with VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement is 600,000.00 lei without VAT, respectively 714,000.00 lei with VAT. The estimated quantity of the smallest subsequent contract is 1 subscription. The estimated quantity of the largest subsequent contract is 12 subscriptions. The minimum estimated quantity of the framework agreement is 1 subscription. The maximum estimated quantity of the framework agreement is 48 subscriptions. Any results or rights, including copyright or other intellectual or industrial property rights, acquired during the execution of the contract will be the exclusive property of the Contracting Authority, who may use, publish, assign, or transfer them as it deems fit, without geographical or other limitations, except in cases where such intellectual or industrial property rights already exist. The Provider will transfer the intellectual property rights, respectively the source codes, to the Contracting Authority upon final acceptance of each Subsequent Contract.
