The subject of the framework agreement is the purchase of shelters for "Passenger waiting stations for the public transport network in the Municipality of Ploiești" (equipped with USB charging ports, wireless internet capability, video camera, electronic route display panel operating system, advertising panel, lighting system, etc.). The stations will be located on the public domain of UAT Ploiești, ensuring a high degree of comfort for both locals and tourists or people transiting the municipality. The following variants of urban furniture specific to public transport infrastructure are proposed for purchase: - passenger waiting station with mandatory minimum equipment, approximately 4m long - passenger waiting station with mandatory minimum equipment and hybrid electric power supply system, approximately 4m long - passenger waiting station with mandatory minimum equipment, approximately 6m long - passenger waiting station with mandatory minimum equipment and hybrid electric power supply system, approximately 6m long A framework agreement will be concluded, with a duration of 48 months from the date of its signing. The frequency with which subsequent contracts will be concluded is between 1 and 4 per year. II.1.4) Information regarding the framework agreement: i) Duration of the framework agreement: 48 months ii) Method of conclusion: with a single economic operator; iii) Method of execution of the framework agreement: subsequent contracts will be concluded without reopening competition; iv) Method of awarding subsequent contracts: in accordance with the provisions of art. 117, para. (2) and (3) of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented; v) Estimated calendar and frequency of awarding subsequent contracts during the framework agreement: subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the approved annual budgetary provisions, the frequency with which subsequent contracts will be concluded is between 1 and 4 per year; vi) The minimum number of passenger waiting stations that the contracting authority will purchase is 10 units, and the maximum number proposed during the term of the framework agreement is 100 units vii) The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 8,487,625 lei excluding VAT The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 845,510.00 lei excluding VAT. The maximum estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement: 3,534,315.00 lei excluding VAT. The minimum estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement: 339,505.00 lei excluding VAT. Depending on the contracting authority's needs, the quantities ordered for each category of waiting stations may differ from the initially estimated quantities without affecting the initial value of the framework agreement.
