Acord cadru 4 ani - Lucrari de intretinere curenta - Lucrari de estetica si scurgerea apelor - DRDP-Constanta – SDN Slobozia. Valoare estimata acord cadru pentru o perioada de 4 ani: Valoare maxima acord cadru – 7.333.547,00 lei fara TVA, Valoare minima acord cadru – 1.466.709,40 lei fara TVA. Frecvența şi valoarea contractelor care urmează să fie atribuite: minim 1 contract subsecvent . Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 183.682,17 lei fara TVA. Valoare celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.833.386,75 lei fara TVA. Cantitățile minime şi maxime aferente acordului cadru cât şi cantitățile estimate minimă şi maximă aferente unui contract subsecvent se regasesc ca Anexe la documentatia de atribuire/caietul de sarcini. A. Conform art. 160 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu Documentatia de Atribuire este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. Conform obligatiei prevazute la art.160 alin 2 din Legea 98/2016, modificata si completata, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A), va pune autoritatea contractanta in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in termenele mentionate se va considera tardiva. C. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A, va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns si drept urmare se va considera TARDIVA. D. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
