Contractul are ca obiect delegarea gestiunii următoarelor activități componente ale serviciului de salubrizare, prestate la nivelul localităților ce alcătuiesc Zona 2 a SMID Neamț: a) colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor menajere și al deșeurilor similare provenind din activități comerciale dinindustrie și instituții, inclusiv fracții colectate separat; b) transferul deșeurilor municipale în stații de transfer, inclusiv transportul separat al deșeurilor reziduale la depozitele de deșeurinepericuloase și/sau la instalațiile integrate de tratare, al deșeurilor de hârtie, metal, plastic și sticlă colectate separat la stațiile de sortare și al biodeșeurilor la instalațiile de compostare și/sau de digestie anaerobă. Prestarea acestei activități presupune operarea Stației de transfer Cordun; c) sortarea deșeurilor de hârtie, carton, metal, plastic și sticlă colectate separat din deșeurile municipale în stații de sortare, inclusivtransportul reziduurilor rezultate din sortare la depozitele de deșeuri și/sau la instalațiile de valorificare energetică. Prestarea acestei activități presupune operarea Stației de sortare Cordun. De asemenea, contractul are ca obiect delegarea gestiunii următoarelor servicii conexe serviciului de salubrizare, cu grad redus de repetabilitate și care se desfășoară ocazional, prestate la nivelul localităților ce alcătuiesc Zona 2 a SMID Neamț: a) colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor din construcții provenite din locuințe, generate de activități dereamenajare și reabilitare interioară și/sau exterioară a acestora, la solicitarea utilizatorilor casnici; b) colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor voluminoase, inclusiv saltele și mobilă, la solicitarea utilizatorilor; c) colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor municipale abandonate; d) colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor din construcții abandonate; e) colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor similare provenite de la evenimente publice, la solicitarea organizatorilor
