Original language: roAutoritatea Contractantă intenționează să încheie un acord-cadru, cu o valabilitate de 24 de luni de la data semnării de către ultima parte. Modul de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente este prevăzut în draftul acordului-cadru. Autoritatea Contractantă va încheia contracte subsecvente în funcție de necesarul de carburant și de alocările/suplimentările bugetare, respectiv între 1 și 12 contracte pe parcursul unui an. La momentul contractării, Autoritatea Contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a diminua cantitățile de produse petroliere, în funcție de alocările financiare bugetare disponibile. De asemenea, Autoritatea Contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a aproviziona cantități diferite din sortimentele de carburanți menționate, în funcție de evoluția necesității efective de exploatare a parcului auto. Garda de Coastă încheie acordul-cadru în numele și pe seama structurilor teritoriale, acestea urmând să încheie și să deruleze ulterior contracte subsecvente, în funcție de nevoile de consum și de alocările bugetare, în limitele specificate prin Anexa nr. 1 din caietul de sarcini.
