Original language: roAutoritatea contractantă va încheia un contract de furnizare cu serviciu de instalare inclus, cu un singur operator economic. Termenul de implementare a contractului va fi de 8 luni de la data semnării de către ultima parte, iar termenul de furnizare a produselor cu servicii de instalare incluse cere fac obiectul contractului este de 180 ZILE de la data semnării de către ultima parte. Cantitatea prevăzută a fi achiziționată: 3 COMPLETE AUTOSPECIALE PENTRU TRANSPORTUL CAINILOR DE SERVICIU. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare, o singura data, in a 5-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, în măsura în care aceste solicitări au fost transmise în termenul menționat la SECTIUNEA I, respectiv 10 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, astfel: – Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 10; – Termen de raspuns al autoritatii la solicitarile de clarificare/ informatii suplimentare – a 5 a zi; Pentru respectarea principiului tratamentului egal, operatorii economici interesati vor respecta prevederile notificarii ANAP nr. 247 cu privire la modalitatea de transmitere a solicitărilor de clarificări și a informațiilor suplimentare la documentațiile de atribuire /răspunsurile formulate în cazul desfășurării procedurilor de atribuire a contractelor de achiziție publică prin intermediul mijloacelor electronice (on-line), in sensul ca documentele atasate la sectiunea "Intrebari" NU VOR CONTINE DATELE DE IDENTIFICAREA ALE ACESTORA, intrucat acestea vor deveni publice in momentul transmiterii raspunsului de catre autoritatea contractanta! Menționăm că, PRODUSELE și cantitățile necesare se regăsesc în caietul de sarcini și specificațiile tehnice atașate.
