Framework agreement 4 years - Current maintenance works - Maintenance of the carriageway, shoulders, emergency lanes, and boundary strips - DRDP-Constanta – SDN Calarasi. Estimated framework agreement value for a period of 4 years: Maximum framework agreement value – 26,340,300.00 lei without VAT, Minimum framework agreement value – 5,268,060.00 lei without VAT. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: minimum 1 subsequent contract. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 658,507.50 lei without VAT. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 6,585,075.00 lei without VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum estimated quantities related to a subsequent contract, are found in the Annexes to the award documentation/technical specifications. A. According to art. 160 para. 1 of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the Award Documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. B. According to the obligation provided for in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B) and, consequently, any request for clarification within the mentioned deadlines will be considered late. C. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response and will therefore be considered LATE. D. Any request for clarification must be sent to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
