Se doreste achizitionarea de Servicii de închiriere utilaje pentru reciclare in adancime pana la 50 cm si concasare in situ a materialului mineral cu dimensiuni cuprinse intre 3,1 cm- 31,5 cm pentru Sectia Productie - Acord - cadru 2 ani Serviciile vizeaza executia lucrarilor de reciclare la rece în situatiile în care structura rutiera existenta contine material mineral cu granulometrie mare, fiind necesara concasarea in situ a acestuia, în prealabilul procesului de reciclare propriu-zisa. Utilajele puse la dispozitie de prestator prin prestarea srviciilor de inchiriere vor fi utilizate in lucrarile ce se vor executa în tandem, utilizand douăa reciclatoare din dotarea DRDP Cluj, asigurand continuitatea si eficienta operatiunilor pe santier Valoarea estimată a acordului cadru: - Valoarea minima estimata: 222.000,00 lei fara TVA - Valoarea maxima estimata: 9.990.000,00 lei fara TVA - Valoarea estimata a celui mai mic Contract Subsecvent: 111.000,00 lei fara TVA - Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare Contract Subsecvent: 3.052.500,00 lei fara TVA Frecvența și valoarea contractelor subsecvente care urmează șă fie atribuite: se vor incheia minim 1 - maxim 3 - contracte subsecvente/an. Cantitățile minime și maxime aferente acordului cadru se regasesc ca anexe la documentația de atribuire / caiet de sarcini. Durata totala a Acordului Cadru: 24 luni de la intrarea in vigoare.
