Other types of cadastral documentation - Updating cadastral information; Registration/deletion of buildings; Modification of property boundaries, property area, Registration in the cadastral plan of properties located in the area of application of Decree-Law no. 115/1938, Updating usage categories/destinations, repositioning, updating other information regarding the property; Documentation for land subdivision/consolidation; Documentation for the first registration of an individual unit; Documentation for apartment division; Documentation for subdivision/consolidation of an individual unit; Documentation for re-apartment division; Documentation for assigning a cadastral number; Documentation for the description of the dismemberments of the right of ownership; Documentation for the reconstitution of lost, destroyed or stolen land registry files. III. Topographical documentation necessary for the preparation of zonal urban planning plans, detailed urban planning plans and documentation for the authorization of construction or demolition works. IV. Operations related to the reconstitution of the right of ownership based on land laws Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/applications: 21.
