Auto-translated from roIn accordance with the requirements of the specifications, bidders will consider the realization of the work "turnkey" MODERNIZATION OF TRANSFORMATION POSTS IN THE DELGAZ GRID MANAGEMENT - elaboration of technical documentation phase DTAC+PTH+DDE, supply of products and execution of works, preparation of As Built documentation, consisting of: Design activities: • Elaboration of technical and economic documentation (phase PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE) - requirements for design services The design documentation will be prepared based on the provisions of the Specifications and SF no. 182/2024, made available to the Bidder for informational purposes. It is advisable for the Bidder to carry out a site visit before submitting the offer, to verify the consistency of the data in the SF with the actual situation on the ground and to propose the optimal technical solution, respecting the requirements of the present Specifications. According to chapter 4.1.1. of the Specifications - Site visit and technical solution SF no. 182/2024 is made available to the Bidder for informational purposes, exclusively for the general understanding of the objective. The Bidder cannot rely on the data from the SF to justify discrepancies between the offer and the actual situation on the ground. The site visit will be carried out before submitting the offer. During the visit, the Bidder will analyze at least: - the configuration of the existing electrical networks, including the operating equipment and their condition; - the compatibility of the proposed solution with adjacent installations and the existing protection system; - access conditions, site restrictions and any element that may influence the execution of the works; - alignment requirements with the guidelines applicable to the modernized installation. Based on the findings on site, the Bidder will propose the optimal technical solution, respecting all the requirements of the present Specifications and the applicable technical regulations. The proposed solution will be detailed in the technical offer and will form the basis for the elaboration of the design documentation after the contract is signed. Any discrepancy identified between the data in SF no. 182/2024 and the actual situation on the ground will be reported in writing to the Beneficiary within the period provided for requests for clarifications and will be resolved by the Bidder's proposal, assumed by submitting the offer. The technical-economic documentation will be prepared in accordance with the Strategy of Delgaz Grid SA. The technologies provided for in the Delgaz Grid SA Strategy – Annex 11 Guidelines will be applied. The Beneficiary will make available to the Bidder, for informational purposes, Feasibility Study no. 182/2024. Related documents included in the SF (urban planning certificates, approvals, agreements, etc.) were obtained previously and may no longer be valid at the time of commencement of the authorization procedure. The Bidder will verify their validity and will include in the offer all costs related to obtaining/renewing the documents necessary for authorization. The Contractor is obliged to undertake all necessary steps to obtain the Construction Permit, including, but not limited to: elaboration/updating of the necessary technical documentation, carrying out topographic surveys, technical expertise, obtaining the urban planning certificate, the approvals and agreements required by it, as well as any other documents requested by the competent authorities. These services are the responsibility of the contractor and will be included in the offer.
