Original language: roII.2.4 Descrierea achiziţiei publice ( natura şi cantitatea lucrărilor, produselor sau serviciilor sau o menţiune privind nevoile şi cerinţele) Categoriile de servicii (componente) care vor fi realizate pe durata acordului cadru sunt următoarele : I. Realizarea serviciilor de verificare a calității componentelor IACS (LPIS - Land Parcel Identification System, GSAA - Geo-Spatial Application system, AMS- Area Monitoring System) prin reperformarea operațiunilor de digitizare și determinare a culturii după caz, respectiv fluxurile implementate în aplicația geospațială(RSV-IACS); II. Pregătirea datelor și a rapoartelor pentru raportarea finală(PDR); III. Raportarea finală inclusiv plan de remediere dacă este cazul(RF/APR). Cantitățile maxime și minime estimate care se preconizează că vor fi realizate pe durata acordului cadru si pe durata celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regăsec în Anexa la Caietul de sarcini - Cantitati minime si maxime estimate. Valoarea maximă estimată a acordului-cadru, care a fost calculată pe baza cantităţilor maxime de servicii care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru, pentru toate categoriile de servicii, este de 3.492.708,00 lei, fără TVA. Aceasta este valoarea în functie de care se vor elabora si evalua ofertele. Facem precizarea că pe parcursul derulării acordului cadru nu se vor majora cantitățile maxime estimate din acordul cadru, iar eventualele modificări ale acestuia nu vor face referire la suplimentări de cantități de livrabile sau de valoare. Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului-cadru, care a fost calculată pe baza cantităţilor minime de servicii care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru, pentru toate categorii de servicii, este de 865.800,00 lei, fără TVA. Valoarea totală maximă estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 871.800,00 lei fără TVA şi corespunde cantităţilor maxime de servicii care urmează a fi achiziţionate pe durata celui mai mare contract subsecvent, pentru categoriile de servicii solicitate în caietul de sarcini. Valoarea totală minimă estimată a unui contract subsecvent este de 223.800,00 lei fără TVA şi corespunde cantităţilor minime de servicii care urmează a fi achiziţionate pe durata unui contract subsecvent, pentru categoriile de servicii solicitate în caietul de sarcini. - Nota : Autoritatea contractantă nu este obligată să realizeze servicii pentru întreaga valoare estimată a acordului-cadru.
