In baza Notei de fundamentare nr. 4441 / 16.09.2025, avand in vedere Planul pentru miscare si sport al Sectorului 1, prin care se doreste deschiderea curtilor scolare catre comunitate, precum si adresa nr. 8320/07.08.2025 emisa de Agentia Nationala pentru Sport si inregistrata la Sectorul 1 al Municipiului Bucuresti cu nr. 54479/07.08.2025, privind obligativitatea omologarii bazelor sportive si inscrierii acestora in Registrul bazelor sportive omologate, subliniem urmatoarele aspecte: • Oparte semnificativa a terenurilor de sport din unitatile de invatamant se afla intr-o stare avansata de degradare, fiind improprii desfasurarii activitatilor educationale si sportive; • Conditiile actuale nu mai respecta standardele de siguranta si calitate prevazute de legislatia in vigoare; • Modernizarea infrastructurii sportive este esentiala pentru: -promovarea unui stil de viata sanatos in randul elevilor; -cresterea atractivitatii activitatilor scolare si extrascolare; -stimularea spiritului de echipa si a performantei sportive; -reducerea riscului de accidentare in timpul activitatilor fizice. Avand in vedere atributiile prevazute la art. 59 din Regulamentul de Organizare si Functionare, aprobat prin HCLS1 nr. 113/29.05.2025 se impune initierea procesului de investitii pentru intretinerea si reparatia terenurilor de sport din unitatile de invatamant, cu implicarea Directiei de Utilitati Publice, Salubrizare si Protectia Mediului Sec 1.
