În cadrul acestui proiect se prevede reabilitarea și modernizarea clădiri C, spaţii de studiu: amfiteatre, săli de curs, săli de seminar, laboratoare, săli de studiu şi de cercetare, care vor fi utilizate atât de studeți, cât şi de masteranzi şi doctoranzi. Pentru execuția lucrărilor, Antreprenorul va utiliza documentele incluse în prezenta documentația de atribuire, respectiv: - Proiectul tehnic de execuție; - Autorizația de construire; - Avizele, acordurile și autorizațiile obținute de Beneficiar; - Studiile realizate și obținute de Beneficiar. Lucrarile se vor executa conform PT+DE, avizelor, autorizatiilor și a listelor de cantitati puse la dispozitie de AC.
