"Cationic polyelectrolyte emulsion type", Purchase of cationic polyelectrolyte emulsion type including all costs related to product delivery, to the final destination: AQUATIM SA, Timiș County, Timișoara Municipality, str. Carpenului, nr. 1. Cationic polyelectrolyte emulsion type for thickening and dewatering sludge at the Timișoara Wastewater Treatment Plant. The cationic emulsion type polymer will be chosen by each tenderer as a result of laboratory tests performed on sludge samples taken from AQUATIM Timișoara WWTP. The sludge has an organic composition between 60-80% volatile substances (reported to dry matter) and a moisture content of approx. 99%, pH 6.5-7.5; - Maximum viscosity of the prepared polyelectrolyte solution 2500 mPa·s (limited by the dosing pump). - The cationic polyelectrolyte will be delivered in liquid form, in IBC of 1050 kg with the following characteristics: - Active substance content (Non-volatile solids) – 50% - Appearance – emulsion liquid - Milky white color - Ionic charge – cationic - UL brookfield viscosity – 2.1 – 4.5 cps - The prepared solution will be aqueous (drinking water from the public network); - The concentration of the working solution will be established by the tenderer; - The dissolution recipe (doses, quantities and times) will be established; - The minimum contact time between the polyelectrolyte and the sludge mass to be processed will be mentioned. - Sludge thickening will be carried out up to a minimum of 6% DS, with a DS content in the resulting sludge water of max 1000 mg/l - Sludge dewatering will be carried out up to a minimum of 30% DS, with a DS content in the resulting sludge water of max 500 mg/l - The quantity of polyelectrolyte consumed for thickening will be indicated, in kg/t dry matter; - The quantity of polyelectrolyte consumed for dewatering will be indicated, in kg/t dry matter; - Product delivery will be made based on orders issued by the contracting authority. - Delivery time: 3 working days from the date of order issuance The offered product must comply with the parameters and conditions imposed by the contracting authority in the Technical Specifications and the existing legislation at the time of delivery. - Upon delivery, the product will be accompanied by a certificate of analysis and quality issued by the manufacturer, the declaration of conformity, the product data sheet and other documents necessary for product identification. - The tenderer will include in the offer instructions for use in Romanian regarding: handling, transport, storage, occupational safety measures, environmental protection measures, other necessary instructions for the use of the product. - The tenderer will present authorization from the manufacturer for the delivery of products, in case the tenderer is not the manufacturer. The authorization will specify that the manufacturer guarantees the quality of the products according to the Technical Data Sheets and authorizes the tenderer to provide technical assistance for the contractual period. - The tenderer will present a list of the main deliveries of similar products in the last 3 years and their value The tenderer will maintain an emergency stock in Romania of min. 10 tons of product with delivery within max. 48 hours at the AQUATIM Timișoara Treatment Plant. - The warranty period will be at least 6 months from the moment of reception of the polyelectrolyte at the contracting authority's headquarters, under the conditions of storage according to the technical data sheet and the safety data sheet. - The price offer will include all costs related to product delivery, to the final destination - Failure to meet the requirements mentioned above will lead to the exclusion of the tenderer from the competition due to non-compliance with the provisions of the technical specifications. Estimated contract value excluding VAT: 3,099,100.00 lei.
