The object of the contract is the execution of works: BH-CL-3 Extension and rehabilitation of water supply and sewerage networks in Oradea – Zone 2”, including: - Extension of the water supply network in the city of Oradea – Zone 2 with a length of L= 4.765 m, 55 hydrants, 57 connections, 24 valve pits; - Rehabilitation of the water supply network in the city of Oradea – Zone 2 with a length of L= 299 m, 4 hydrants, 28 connections, 2 valve pits; - Extension of the sewerage network in the city of Oradea - Zone 2 with a total length of L= 6.147 m, 221 connections, 188 inspection wells; - Construction of 5 new wastewater pumping stations and their associated discharge pipes with a total length of 1175 m, as follows: • Wastewater pumping station SPAU1 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 l/s, H=5.00 mcA; • Wastewater pumping station SPAU2 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 l/s, H=4.00 mcA; • Wastewater pumping station SPAU14 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 l/s, H=20.00 mcA; • Wastewater pumping station SPAU16 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =5.04 l/s, H=8.00 mcA; • Wastewater pumping station SPAU20 (1A+1R) - Qtotal =4.00 l/s, H=14.00 mcA; The implementation period of the contract is 8 (eight) months, plus 36 (thirty-six) months defect notification period (DNP), (or 48/60 months), the defect notification period (DNP).. The execution works will be carried out according to the technical project, attached to the award documentation. The cost of the fees related to the issuance of work execution permits, according to HCL 915/2019 issued by the Oradea Municipality, will be borne by the winning bidder. Their value will be included in the consolidated items of each street without recapitulation and VAT applied to their value. During the execution of the works, the existing networks will be ensured to function at normal parameters. The contract consists of the execution period of the works which is: 8 months + Defect notification period/warranty period: minimum 36 months or 48/60 months. According to the General Estimate of the expenses necessary for the realization of the entire regional project, the miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses in the amount of 15,039,943 lei have not been included in the estimated value of the contract. During the execution of the works, the existing networks will be ensured to function at normal parameters, as the case may be. The consolidated response will be posted as follows: - EC will only respond to clarification requests submitted up to the 19th day before the deadline for submission of offers; - EC will transmit the consolidated response to the clarification requests on the 15th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity reserves the right not to respond to any further clarification requests after the expiry of the aforementioned deadline.
