The minimum value for the framework agreement is set at 36,967,466.90 RON (excluding VAT), and the lowest subsequent contract is valued at 9,238,945.51 RON (excluding VAT). This procurement aims to secure essential winter road maintenance operations for Gorj County over a four-year period.
