Online electronic payment processing services, by bank card for services made available to customers by ANCPI, OCPI and CNC. Within this procedure, ANCPI, as the leader of the association of contracting authorities, will organize on its own behalf, as well as on behalf of and for other contracting authorities, namely the subordinate institutions (National Cartography Center and 42 Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising Offices located in Bucharest and county seats in the country) an open tender procedure which will end with the conclusion of a framework agreement with a duration of 48 months. ANCPI and its subordinate institutions have concluded an association agreement which established, among other things, that ANCPI will organize, conduct and finalize the public procurement procedure and is mandated to sign both in its own name and on behalf of and for the other contracting authorities the framework agreement. Subsequent contracts will be concluded and signed by each institution individually. Subsequent contracts will generally be concluded for a budget year, by each Buyer according to the needs and funds allocated for this purpose. By exception, in the event of the annual budget not being approved according to the law, subsequent contracts may be concluded monthly until the budget is approved.
