Subject of the contract - execution of works for the investment objective "Modernization and rehabilitation of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Primary School Bacău". Beneficiary: Municipality of Bacău Location of the objective: Municipality of Bacău, str. Oituz no. 14 Land situation: The property object of the investment belongs to the public domain of the Municipality of Bacău, is identified by cadastral number 76562 and is registered in the Land Registry no. 76562 Bacău. The complex consists of land with an area of 10,495 sqm and 8 buildings. Building [C4] – School Building A is a historical monument of local importance, code LMI BC-II-m-B-00775. Funding source: Non-reimbursable European funds within the North-East Regional Program 2021–2027 and Local Budget. The main categories of interventions considered within the project are as follows: • Structural consolidation and compliance works • Interventions for fire safety and compliance with ISU regulations • Rehabilitation works of architectural-historical elements • Energy efficiency measures • Works to bring installations into compliance • Equipping the building with specific equipment, machinery, and furnishings The subject of the contract resulting from this procedure is the execution of all works identified in the award documentation of which this technical specification is a part and in the Technical Project presented in the annex to the documentation and includes: 1. ARCHITECTURAL WORKS: a. Functional interventions b. Construction and finishing solutions: o Roofs, Trusses, and Terraces o Facades and exterior finishes o Interior finishes – floors, walls, ceilings o Interior and exterior carpentry o Stairs and metal fabrications 2. STRUCTURAL WORKS: o Structural works necessary for functional changes o Structural repair works o Structural repair works on facades o Consolidation works 3. SANITARY INSTALLATION WORKS: o cold and hot water supply to the objective; o domestic and rainwater drainage systems; o fire fighting systems with internal and external hydrants. 4. HEATING AND VENTILATION INSTALLATION WORKS o heating systems with electric convectors and fan coils; o ventilation systems; o systems for producing and distributing thermal agent for heating and air conditioning; o natural smoke extraction systems for staircases 5. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORKS: o Site networks o Electrical installation works o High-voltage electrical installations o Low-voltage electrical installations 6. Exterior arrangements and vertical systematization o the perimeter sidewalk made of poured concrete without expansion joints will be dismantled o Perimeter guard sidewalks are proposed, with a width of 1.00 m, slopes of 2%, and sealed joints, for the protection of foundations and rainwater drainage. Finishes will be made of natural stone/concrete pavers in the area of the historical monument building and concrete pavers in the area of the modern building. Sidewalks will be sealed at the connection with the plinth; o a water management system will be built, equipped with a pump room and a tank for extinguishing fires with internal and external hydrants 7. Equipment and technological installations The equipment and machinery necessary for the functionality of the objective will be provided, as well as those necessary to ensure the accessibility of people with disabilities to the investment objective. In the event of unforeseen elements and adjustments, the general estimate updated to the Technical Project phase, prepared by S.C ABRAL ARTPRODUCT S.R.L Bucuresti & S.C. ARC DESIGN SRL Iasi for the realization of the above-mentioned objective, includes miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses in the amount of 5,156,017.71 lei excluding VAT, related to the estimated value of the works to be purchased, and expenses related to the budget margin and for the establishment of the implementation reserve for price adjustment (chapter 7 of the DG) in the amount of: 7,722,957.83 lei f...
