Servicii de consultanta tehnica si dirigentie de santier privind lucrari de : construire pasaje subterane si supraterane rutiere, modernizare/reparatii drumuri, devieri si construire de retele de utilitati, reabilitare termica a blocurilor de locuinte, modernizare, crestere a eficientei energetice, consolidare, construire, demolare, extinderi, reparatii si interventii la unitatile scolare inclusiv la curtile acestora si la toate cladirile aflate in administrarea Sectorului 3 al Municipiului Bucuresti, precum si la constructiile civile care se vor construi de catre autoritatea contractanta, instalare echipamente ISU si de inalta tehnologie, amenajare si intretinere spatii verzi si locuri de joaca, alte lucrari atipice. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
