Through the public procurement procedure, the aim is to conclude a service contract for the provision of site management and supervision services for contract no. 6735/450 dated 12.03.2025, concerning Design, technical assistance, and execution of works for the investment objective: "Increasing accessibility and connectivity to the TEN-T road network of county roads - DJ 119D, DN 2-Valea Seacă-Cucova-Orbeni-Dragușani-Parava (intersection with DJ 206B); DJ 206 B (intersection with DJ 119D)-Parava and Rădoaia-Dumbrava (intersection with DJ 119); DJ 119 - Dumbrava (intersection with DJ 206B)-Temelia-Gura Văii-Onești (intersection with Industriilor street), Bacău county", both during the design and execution period of the works, as well as during the warranty period of the works until final acceptance. The site management and supervision services for the works will allow for: - specialized advice to the Contracting Authority in the process of making decisions regarding the management of the works contract, as well as any contractual claims/disputes, respectively problems that may arise during the execution of the works, in order to prevent financial claims and/or delays; - ensuring the appropriate quality of construction and installation works, optimizing investment costs; - ensuring supervision services for the technical execution by authorized personnel, appropriately specialized; - compliance with all provisions of the current legislation. The estimated total duration of the contract for the public procurement of site management and supervision services is 86 months as follows: * Execution period: 26 months, representing: - 3 months - duration of the design activity, which begins from the Activity Start Date for Design and includes the approval by the Beneficiary of the Technical Project and Execution Details, as well as obtaining the Project for the Construction Permit; - 23 months - duration of the works execution, which does not include periods of work interruption during conventional cold weather periods (November 15 - March 15) according to norm C16/84, periods during which suspension orders will be issued and which begins from the Works Start Date, subject to obtaining the Construction Permit(s). * Warranty period: 60 months from the final acceptance of works.
