Framework Agreement for Current Maintenance Works - Roadway, Shoulders, Emergency Lanes, and Verge Maintenance - DRDP-Constanta – A2 + A4 Motorway

The contracting authority is obligated to provide clear and concrete responses to all clarification requests by the 11th day prior to the offer submission deadline, in accordance with Article 160, paragraph 2 of the same law. Any clarification requests submitted after the specified deadline will be considered late and may not receive a response. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
